LaunchDeck is a New Zealand-based web design agency. We build modern websites for New Zealand small and medium businesses.

We collect personal information when you:

• ✓Submit our contact form — your name, email address, and project details.
• ✓Complete our client onboarding form — your name, phone number, business name, address, brand details, and project information.
• ✓Email us directly — any information you choose to include in that correspondence.

We do not collect payment information. Invoices and payments are handled separately via direct bank transfer.

We use your information to:

• ✓Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• ✓Deliver the website design services you've engaged us for.
• ✓Communicate project updates, timelines, and feedback rounds.
• ✓Send invoices and manage project administration.

We will not use your information for unsolicited marketing or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Form submissions are stored securely by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our business email hosted on Google Workspace. Both services operate with industry-standard security practices.

We retain client project information for as long as is reasonably necessary to support your project and any follow-up queries. You can request deletion at any time.

Your information is processed by the following third-party services as part of our normal operations:

• ✓Netlify — form submission handling and website hosting.
• ✓Google Workspace — email communication and file storage.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other third parties.

We may add analytics tools in the future to understand how visitors use the site. If we do, data collected will be aggregated and will not personally identify you. No personally identifiable information will be shared with analytics providers.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
