Scope & Revisions

  • Packages include the number of revision rounds listed above.
  • Additional revisions or changes are billed separately.
  • Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted before proceeding.

Content

  • Clients provide text, images, and branding unless agreed otherwise.
  • Basic text clean-up is included, but full copywriting is not.

Turnaround Times

  • Timelines begin once all required content is received.
  • Delays in content may extend delivery timelines.

Hosting & Support

  • All websites include 3 months of hosting and support.
  • Ongoing hosting continues at the stated monthly rate after that period.
  • Support includes hosting, security, backups, and minor updates.

What Support Does Not Include

  • Major design or layout changes.
  • New pages or features.
  • Ecommerce product uploads or store management.
  • Marketing services such as ads, social media, or SEO campaigns.

Ecommerce Specific

  • Ecommerce packages include up to 10 products unless otherwise agreed.
  • Ongoing store management is not included.
  • Training is provided so clients can manage their own store.

Payments

  • 50% deposit required to begin.
  • Remaining 50% due on completion before launch.

Ownership & Access

  • Websites are hosted and maintained by us for performance and security.
  • If hosting is cancelled, a handover or migration can be arranged.
